Olamide Ajisafe
Development Co-Ordinator, Olamide has a variety of experience working in HETV and Film production, starting out as a Floor Runner and working her way up to Director’s Assistant. Production credits include FUNNY FESTIVAL LIVE, THE CAPTURE, THE KITCHEN, THE MANDELA PROJECT, TOP BOY and A THOUSAND BLOWS. Olamide also has a background in writing, performing and directing and has worked on a number of productions with a variety of theatres including Chichester Festival Theatre, Theatre503, Young Vic, Royal Court, Hampstead Theatre, Almeida Theatre, Bush Theatre and Lyric Hammersmith.

W&P Development Executive, Mamito has over ten years’ experience in the film & TV industry, starting her career in Los Angeles at The Gotham Group and Anonymous Content. She has worked behind the camera as a Junior Producer and Production Co-ordinator, and in front of the camera as an actor. Production credits include THE BABY, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPEN, and MR BIGSTUFF.
Tom Miller
Managing Director/Executive Producer/Producer. BAFTA, Broadcast, and Emmy award winner whose credits include THE SCURRY, A THOUSAND BLOWS, MR BIGSTUFF, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPEN, CODE 404, HORRIBLE HISTORIES, and AAAAAAAAH!. Worked for a range of film and television production companies including Lion TV, Miramax, So TV, Sigma Films, Avalon, BBC Productions, Lighthouse Productions, and Scott Free, before establishing W&P with Sam Myer and James Swarbrick.

Executive Producer & Co-founder of W&P. Production credits include Creator and Executive Producer of CODE 404, Executive Producer on THE SCURRY, A THOUSAND BLOWS, and MR BIGSTUFF, and Production Executive on THE PHANTOM OF THE OPEN.
James Swarbrick
Executive Producer/Producer & Co-founder of W&P. James previously worked as an Executive Producer and film/TV financier with Prescience Film Finance and Hindsight Media. His credits include Producer on THE SCURRY, and Executive Producer on projects including THE PHANTOM OF THE OPEN, THE CARD COUNTER, WOLF HALL, THE DRESSER, THE KING’S SPEECH, FISHERMAN’S FRIENDS, and CHEF.
Lauren Yeates
As Development Producer Lauren develops and manages a slate of scripted shows across comedy and drama. Her career started at Leicester comedy festival and CAA before working in development at NBCUniversal, Lucky Giant and What Larks Productions.
